- 9:45sou – 10:15sou – Banda diverte multidões reunidas no topo da Bridge Street e retorna à Sheep Street para liderar a procissão VIP.
- De 10:00sou – A reunião começa nos Jardins Bancroft, perto da fonte dos cisnes, onde os Marechais estarão de plantão para reunir os convidados em ordem de desfile.
- 10:10sou – 10:30am The town’s primary school children gather in Waterside outside the Encore from10:10 avante. Liderado pela Air Training Corps Band (ATC), they moved off at 10:30am to assemble in upper Bridge Street for the arrival of the procession. The ATC Bank will then return to Waterside down Bridge Street to lead the parade.
- 10:35sou – Guests parade from the Bancroft Gardens to flag positions in High Street and the sides of Bridge Street.
- 10:40sou – diplomatas, and other principal guests process from the Town Hall to Bridge Street for the flag unfurling ceremony. Parade route: Sheep Street, Rua da orla e da ponte.
- 10:45sou – Dignitários e diplomatas, liderada pelo Lorde Tenente, chegar a posições de bandeira na coluna central em Bridge Street.
- 10:46sou – 'Mr Shakespeare' chega à arena do local de nascimento, tendo coletado o Quill. He ascends the dais where Amelia Underwood-King serenades him with Happy Birthday. - 11:04sou – In recognition of its 200th anniversary, the Shakespeare Club of Stratford-upon-Avon, the oldest Shakespeare Society in the world, will lead the Birthday Parade behind the band of the Air Training Corps. Students from King Edward VI Schools and local primary schools children will follow.
- 11:20sou – A Banda WMFS acompanhará a Procissão Cívica e outros convidados da Bridge Street e ruas adjacentes, juntamente High Street, Chapel Street, Rua da Igreja e Cidade Velha para a igreja.
- 11:28sou – O Compere convida os espectadores, com a intenção de ir à igreja para depositar flores, para se juntar ao final da procissão que se move em High Street. Shakespeare Morris seguirá.
- 11:40sou – A procissão vai passar por Holy Trinity Church, depositar flores no túmulo de Shakespeare.

- De 12 meio-dia – O almoço oficial de aniversário de Shakespeare será realizado nos jardins do teatro. Este é um evento com ingressos organizado de forma independente.

| 11:15sou | O Serviço de Shakespeare na Igreja da Santíssima Trindade, during which the Quill will be received and placed in the hand of Shakespeare above his grave, includes the preaching of the Shakespeare Sermon by Alison Shell, Professor of English at University College, Londres. Members of the current RSC ensemble will also perform verse and music. |
